The website www.stylebuddy.fashion and www.stylebuddy.ai under the name and “Style Now” and “Shopped” (the “Platform”) are owned, operated and made available by Strike A Pose Fashion India Private Limited having its registered office at 944, Sushant Lok Phase-1, Gurugram (hereinafter, referred to as “StyleBuddy”, which term shall include our assignees, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or successors-in-interest as determined by us at our sole discretion).
StyleBuddy, through its Platform and any sub-domains, features, content, or integrations, provides technology-enabled tools and resources that allow Users (as defined below) to connect, interact, and transact, access fashion, lifestyle, and shopping-related assistance, exchange information and preferences, and avail such other functionalities, programs, or offerings as may be introduced on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy practices of StyleBuddy with respect to the usage of the Platform and the Services.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder including the Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data of Information Rules, 2011, that require publishing of the privacy policy and terms of use on an online portal. We request you to go through this Privacy Policy and the terms of use available at www.stylebuddy.fashion/terms-of-use (“Terms of Use”) carefully before you decide to access the Platform and avail the Services.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the words “us”, “we”, and “our” refer to StyleBuddy and all references to “you”, “your” or “User”, as applicable means the person who accesses, and/or uses the Platform in any manner or capacity.
StyleBuddy is committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your Personal Information (as defined below) and has implemented necessary and reasonable measures to safeguard it, including during its transmission over the internet.
In order to access and use our Platform, you must be an Indian resident and competent to enter into a binding contract in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our Services and the Platform or by otherwise giving us your information, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You also expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information in the manner prescribed under this Privacy Policy and further signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Platform, or access or use any third-party product or service available through the Platform or provided to you pursuant to the Services, or give us any of your information in any manner whatsoever.
We may collect and process information from you, through your use of the Platform, or which is provided to us or one of our service providers or partners or is obtained by us through any of your engagements with us. StyleBuddy may engage authorized personnel, where applicable, to manage your consents in a verifiable manner. Records of your consent shall be maintained in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
The purpose of StyleBuddy for collecting Personal Information is to provide you with the Platform and Services. StyleBuddy may use the Personal Information provided by you in the following ways:
In the event StyleBuddy is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your Personal Information may be transferred to a third party as part of such transaction. Such transfer shall be carried out in accordance with applicable law, and you will be informed of any such transfer as required under applicable law.
Cookies are small data files placed on your browser or device (“Cookies”) that help store preferences and enhance your experience on the Platform. Cookies are used to record certain aspects of your visit and assist StyleBuddy in providing you with uninterrupted and efficient access to the Services.
Information collected through Cookies may be used to understand User interactions with the Platform, serve you content and offers tailored to your preferences, personalize your experience, and improve the overall functionality and performance of the Platform.
When you use the Platform, we may also deploy web beacons or similar technologies to anonymously track usage patterns, which helps in generating accurate reports and improving the Services. We may use information such as Cookies, log files, device identifiers and web beacons to: (i) remember your information for easier login and access during subsequent visits; (ii) provide personalized content and user experience; (iii) monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Platform and Services; (iv) assess aggregate metrics such as traffic volume and usage trends; (v) resolve technical issues; (vi) help you access your information efficiently after login; and (vii) provide advertisements relevant to your interests and usage patterns.
By accessing the third-party products available through the Platform or third-party links provided pursuant to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that third-party service providers may use Cookies or similar tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Platform or their products/services for the purpose of delivering targeted advertisements or other services. Any such sharing will be restricted to what is necessary for delivering targeted content or analytics services. StyleBuddy does not control and is not responsible for the use of Cookies or other tracking technologies by such third parties. If you wish to manage your preferences or opt out of tailored advertising, you may do so through your browser settings or by following the instructions provided by such third parties.
Your use of the Platform constitutes your acknowledgement of and consent to the use of Cookies as described in this Clause, to the extent required under applicable law.
In certain cases, StyleBuddy may also process your Personal Information on grounds other than consent where such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or for legitimate use as defined under applicable law.
You may choose not to provide certain Personal Information; however, in such cases, you may not be able to access some or all features of the Platform or avail certain Services. You may opt-out of receiving non-essential communications, such as promotional emails or newsletters, by following the ‘unsubscribe’ instructions provided in such communications or by contacting us at support@stylebuddy.in. If you wish to be removed entirely from StyleBuddy’s mailing list, you may write to us at support@stylebuddy.in, clearly specifying the email address(es) to be unsubscribed. If you are using any email redirection or forwarding services, please ensure that the correct originating email address is included in your request for effective processing.
Your Personal Information is maintained in strict confidence and will only be disclosed or transferred under the following circumstances:
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the applicable law. Such disclosures under this Clause may be carried out without any notice to you to the extent permissible under applicable law.
This Platform may contain links which may lead you to other websites (“Third Party Websites”). Please note that once you leave StyleBuddy’s Platform, you will be subjected to the privacy policy of such Third Party Websites. Please be aware that the Third Party Websites are not under the control of StyleBuddy and StyleBuddy is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Third Party Websites. StyleBuddy encourages you to read the privacy policies of such Third Party Websites that you visit through the Platform. If you decide to access any of the Third Party Websites linked to the Platform or provided to you pursuant to the Services, you do this entirely at your own risk. StyleBuddy will not be responsible for notification of any change of information on the Platform with respect to such Third Party Websites.
StyleBuddy maintains a strict “No-Spam” policy, which means that StyleBuddy does not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third parties who are outside the scope of the Platform or the Services, without your consent.
From time to time, we may post User’s testimonials/comments/feedback/reviews with respect to the Services on the Platform which may contain Personal Information. The User hereby consents to post their names along with such testimonials/comments/reviews pursuant to this Clause on the Platform.
StyleBuddy implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. StyleBuddy ensures that Personal Information is processed only in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was collected or as otherwise authorized by you.
StyleBuddy employs commercially reasonable safeguards to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your Personal Information, including protection against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.
The Personal Information that is collected from you may be transferred to any destination within and/or outside India, to the extent permitted under applicable law and subject to any government notifications or restrictions on data transfers.
In using the Platform, you accept the inherent security implications of data transmission over the internet. Therefore, the use of the Platform will be at your own risk and StyleBuddy assumes no liability for any disclosure of Personal Information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond its reasonable control and you agree not to hold StyleBuddy responsible for any breach of security.
In the event of a Personal Information breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, StyleBuddy will take prompt measures to assess, contain, and mitigate the incident and will notify you without undue delay, if required as per the applicable law and, where required, notify the relevant supervisory authorities in accordance with applicable law.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information other than information collected by StyleBuddy through the Platform including such Personal Information collected in accordance with Clause 1 (Collection of Information) above. This Privacy Policy will not apply to any unsolicited information provided by you through this Platform or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted on any public areas of the Platform. All such unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and StyleBuddy will be free to use, disclose such unsolicited information without limitation.
StyleBuddy also protects your Personal Information off-line other than as specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Access to your Personal Information is limited to personnel, employees, consultants, agents or partners of StyleBuddy and third parties, who StyleBuddy reasonably believes will need that Personal Information to enable StyleBuddy to provide Services to you. However, StyleBuddy is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your own Personal Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties.
Your Personal Information will be retained by StyleBuddy for as long as necessary to provide you with the Services or for other legitimate business purposes, including where you have opted in to receive marketing communications. StyleBuddy shall not retain your Personal Information in an identifiable form for longer than is required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as may be otherwise permitted under applicable law. If you wish to delete your account (if applicable) or withdraw your consent to StyleBuddy’s use of your Personal Information for the provision of Services, you may write to us at support@stylebuddy.in. Please note that even after your account is terminated or your request for deletion is processed, StyleBuddy may continue to retain certain Personal Information as required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, complete account closure activities, investigate or prevent fraud or other unlawful activity, enforce agreements, or for other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
You have the right to request access to the Personal Information that StyleBuddy holds about you. This includes information on what Personal Information has been collected, how it is being used, the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared, and the duration for which it will be retained.
You have the right to request the correction or updation of your Personal Information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. StyleBuddy relies on you to ensure accuracy of the Personal Information you provide and to notify us of any changes. You may make such requests by contacting us at support@stylebuddy.in.
You may request the erasure of your Personal Information held by StyleBuddy if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or if you withdraw consent (where consent is the basis of processing) and StyleBuddy has no other legal grounds to continue processing. However, StyleBuddy may retain certain information required under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time by following the procedure detailed in the Privacy Policy. Upon withdrawal, StyleBuddy will stop processing the concerned Personal Information, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use some or all features of the Services.
You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your incapacity or death, in the manner prescribed by applicable law. StyleBuddy will put in place appropriate mechanisms to support the exercise of this right, subject to verification and legal requirements under applicable law.
StyleBuddy may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, its data processing practices, or the scope of its Services. Any such changes will be published on the Platform, and, where required under applicable law, StyleBuddy will seek your explicit consent prior to continuing the processing of your Personal Information under the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed of how your Personal Information is being processed. Please note that your ability to continue availing certain Services may be subject to the provision of such consent, in-line with applicable law.
By using or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Terms of Use are fully incorporated into and form an integral part of this Privacy Policy.

StyleBuddy will acknowledge your query or complaint within the prescribed timeline and endeavor to provide a resolution within a reasonable period, in accordance with applicable law. Except where required by applicable law, StyleBuddy cannot ensure a response to questions or comments regarding topics unrelated to this Privacy Policy or StyleBuddy’s privacy practices with respect to Personal Information.
By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you provide free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to StyleBuddy for the collection, processing, storage, use, sharing, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Information, solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your Personal Information at any time by writing to us at support@stylebuddy.in. Upon receipt and verification of such request, StyleBuddy will cease processing your Personal Information, except where retention is necessary for: (a) compliance with any legal obligation, (b) the exercise of any legal right or defence, (c) performance of any obligation under applicable laws, (d) or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. StyleBuddy will retain your Personal Information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required under applicable law. Post withdrawal, any residual Personal Information may be retained in accordance with legal requirements, internal audit purposes, or regulatory compliance.
